Client Onboarding & Agreement

This is the official start of your Feather & Fire experience. This form locks in your services, outlines expectations, and kicks off your automation build. Submit this agreement, and we’ll get to work.

Feather & Fire Client Onboarding
This is where your system upgrade begins. Complete this form to lock in your package, sign the agreement, and ignite your automation journey with us.

Text1. Scope of Services

By enrolling in a Feather & Fire Systems package, you are agreeing to receive the services outlined on the specific offer page at the time of purchase.


Services may include (based on your selection):

  • Funnel or backend system builds

  • CRM and automation setup

  • AI/Voice agent configuration

  • Content or nurture system integration

  • Backend management and support (if applicable)

❗ Any additional features or functionality beyond what is listed in your selected package will require a custom quote or service add-on.


2. Timeline & Delivery

  • We will confirm your estimated kickoff week and delivery window after we review your onboarding form.

  • Most systems are completed within 10–14 business days from your confirmed start date.

  • If we are at capacity, your project will be placed in the next available build slot.

  • You will receive all updates and communication through your secure Client Portal.


3. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, you agree to:

  • Submit your onboarding form and all required assets (branding, access, content, etc.)

  • Respond to communication within 2 business days

  • Attend scheduled calls (strategy and/or kickoff)

  • Provide any necessary logins, links, or platform details for your build

Delays in receiving required materials may result in a delayed kickoff or rescheduled project slot.


4. Communication Guidelines

  • Communication will occur primarily via your Client Portal

  • Support response time: 1–2 business days

  • Business Hours: Monday–Friday, 10am–4pm EST

  • DMs, texts, and messages outside official channels may not be seen or responded to


5. Revisions Policy

Each package includes one round of revisions after initial delivery.
Additional revisions or last-minute changes outside of scope may incur a separate fee.


Revisions must be submitted within 5 business days of delivery.


6. Confidentiality & Use of Materials

All client information will remain confidential.
We may request to use anonymized screenshots or blurred examples of your build for our portfolio or marketing.
You retain full ownership of your business assets.


7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final due to the custom and digital nature of our services.


No refunds will be issued once the project has started or assets have been delivered.


If a project is cancelled prior to kickoff, a 25% non-refundable administrative fee will be retained.


8. Ongoing Support

Ongoing changes or management after delivery require:

  • An active Monthly Management Plan or

  • A separate service request and fee

Emergency support outside of plan scope is not included.


9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your brand, content, and business assets.
Feather & Fire Systems retains rights to any proprietary templates, frameworks, or systems used in the delivery of your services.


10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement if:

  • Communication becomes unprofessional or abusive

  • Client refuses to provide assets or meet deadlines

  • Payment is not completed as agreed

Any work completed up to the point of termination will remain billable.


11. Agreement & Acceptance

Please confirm your agreement below.

I have read and agree to the terms of service as outlined above.
I understand this is a digital service and all sales are final.

💳 Payment Required Before Build Begins
Once this agreement is signed, you’ll receive a separate invoice based on your selected package. Your build will begin once payment is received and confirmed.


Payment terms and options will be clearly outlined in your invoice.

🕒 Client Responsibility Statement
Work begins once onboarding forms are complete and payment is received. Client agrees to respond within 72 hours to deliverables and communication to stay on timeline. Delays in client response may result in shifted timelines.
